- I have same problem with Hayes 28.8 Optima in IBM 755Cs, Win 3.1. I
- have been assuming it's a problem with PCMCIA Card and Socket services
- limiting throughput, and buffers filling up. Sometimes this gets as
- bad as 0.1 KBytes per second (estimated download time 12 hours!!). A
- friend with IBM with built-in DSP modem downloaded the same file in
- 12 minutes from the same ISP.....
